Hi, I am interested in buying some land in Wicklow that has a small section (6 acres) of forestry and would be very grateful for a bit of advice, particularly on what you might offer to pay per acre. The forest was planted mid-nineties and is spruce and larch. It hasn't been managed for (at least) ten years and doesn't receive an annual premium. It has no paths through it and needs a lot of clearing and thinning.
