    Just wondering if I buy an Android box for my TV will I be able to watch the Sky Go service on it?

    No. Sky are very particular about that.

    there is a sky go android app.
    if you have free slot on sky go - you can indeed watch on it.
    ( i was using it on firestick side loaded until few months back)
    same applies to ios app.

    (only issue i can think of is - sky android app could be touch screen. so navigation could be an issue)
