Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Mobility Grant - Deadlines & Processing Time

I wish to apply for a mobility grant for an elderly relative but the local council form shows 2016's deadline as February past? Are all grants for the year allocated by February and therefore I need to wait until January to apply for a 2017 grant ? (There are no 2017 forms online).
As work cannot be carried out until the grant has been approved. Has anyone experience in how long grant applications take to process (with approval)?
    Many thanks

Bit late of a response, but you should send in the application as soon as you can regardless of the time of year - worst case scenario is that it will be held until the Co.Co. is able to send approvals out again. Keep a copy of the documents yourself if you are worried that anything will be mishandled or lost.

Grants are generally dispensed over the course of the whole year from when they receive their budget allocation until it is exhausted - but they may approve grants in urgent cases regardless.
