Retro fitting dormer insulation

I have a dormer house, cavity block walls up to ffj. Bedrooms are timberframe and within the roof. The house was built in 2006.

The upstairs is freezing. Draught are coming from the gap between the skirting boards and t&g flooring boards, also through the elec sockets. Black mould growth is forming on the sloping ceilings. I have plenty of fibreglass insulation on the flat section of the attic.

Also, the sloping sections of the attic bedrooms are poorly insulated with loosely fitted aeroboard.

Any idea how I'd retro fit insulation to the sloping sections of the bedroom ceilings (from wall plate to the flat sections of the attic)?
