Good racing today. Victor six places on their race be a crime not to back a couple e w. Small chances on Annacotty, Thomas Crapper and Nichols JP horse

Le Reve a daft price at 50/1 in the staying handicap. Also each way on Lightning Rod 3.15 Wetherby 16/1

I backed Acapella Boureois last night in the beginners at Naas. Hopefully get's into a nice rhythm up front and won't be caught. The fav needs further than this.

I also had a bit of that 6 places with VC.

On the big price side i went for Ballynagour at 50/1.

Im not a fan of anyone saying "an EW bet to nothing" as its one of the really silly comments you hear far too often. That said Buywise 14/1 with 6 places seems to me to be somewhat like finding money in the road.

I think More of That might just walk it all the same.

Sizing Granite 28/1 in the Gold Cup. Grade 1 winning novice but had a time to forget last year. Ground an excuse at Christmas and couldn't jump after the trainer switch. Back on decent ground with a good trainer I can see him going well. Up in trip but still has the potential to make a nice horse.

    Good.

You never know, I've heard plenty of dicks cheer when horses fall over the years.

With every big handicap Tizzard wins my 50s looks a little better

Only saw Thislecrack there, quite sketchy but everything happening too slow for him, can't wait to see him with a bit of pace on.

Hopefully More Of That wins as he could and there is a chance of a good race for the Gold Cup.

Very unsportsmanlike to train a horse to kamikazee into the rest of the field like that though.

Potters Cross coming for money, backed at 28/1 and in to 16/1 now, Townsend and Curtis a decent strike rate here iirc and planted at the foot of the weights.

I can understand if a fall ensures a fortunate winner but other than that yeah, scum pure and simple. Such a dangerous sport for both animal and jockey.

Even then the guilt would kill me.

Not too sure about that. Imagine making a couple of those errors in a big race with much better horses around.
