    Hi all,

Following on from the rat/mouse fiasco I now need to get the floors sanded, varnished and sealed.
Would anybody have any recommendations for a reliable and reasonably priced tradesman that could do this job?
    Thanks in advance !

There's a guy on FB called Dave Haugh, think its DH floor care? His work is great but not cheap!

Bout 600 quid to do 2 standard sized rooms.

I rented the sanders myself (drum and edging), and though it was a bastard of a job... It turned out great.

    Saved myself 400 quid too!

That sounds rather expensive. I need to get a fair quote for the landlord. He thought that seemed a bit high. I don't want to end up paying for a share of those expenses lol
