    Hi All,

I have a question with regards stone masonry (not sure if it's a stupid question but going to chance it.)

We are ready for the stone mason to start, he has done a sample of his work for us at the site and we have viewed a couple of his other projects. He is extremely talented overall. We are using a sandstone guillotined stone which we are also really happy with. My issue is with the colour of the mortar against the stone. It has dried quite dark and I'm not sure if I'm totally happy with the contrast. So I was wondering, is it possible to get a cream/sand coloured mortar?

I know my other option is going with dry stacked stone and I will give my stone mason a call on Monday to ask him if there's anything that can be done but just thought I'd ask here first.

    Thanks!
