    Theres a property on victoria avenue with structural issues noted in the add. Does anyone know if this is subsidance?

    You would need to get a survey done to confirm that. Anything else would be speculation or hearsay.

    You won't know if subsidence is the only issue or if there are others too, unless you get a proper survey.
