Help identify this fly/bug

    Went over to my elderly fathers house to do some cleaning and his bedroom floor and bathroom had loads of these dead dried out, bugs/flies.

    They are about same size or slightly bigger than a fruit fly and those orange things either side are wings, i presume.

    Never saw them before, just wondering if anyone has any idea what they are
