    Morning all,

Registered for paye Anytime just recently for first time. (Last week)

Received two payments from revenue this morning but not sure what they relate to. Only did balancing statements.

Should I receive a breakdown of what the money is from ie 2013 etc.

You should receive balancing statements showing how the refunds are calculated. AFAIK Revenue still send them by post but I'm open to correction.

If you login to your paye anytime account you should see the P21 balancing statements for the years you reviewed if you are receiving correspondence electronically. They will show you how the refunds were calculated.

Still nothing up on the paye anytime website. At thus stage I'm half afraid to ring in case it's an error

Did you check your request history? If they aren't there, they must be coming by snail mail.

Eventually received them through paye anytime.
2nd question. Does anyone know the turn around time for a med 1 claim. Submitted cm claim for 3 years online bout week or 10 days ago.

Should I ring up to check on it?

The P21s should be a result of the health expenses claims. Check page 2 to see if health expenses were added in your reviews.

It usually takes about a week when I do it, in saying that i know the revenue are quite busy at the moment with all the christmas workers being set up so i would leave it another week and then contact them.

Pretty much. Requesting a P21 is just asking Revenue to review a year based on the information they have on file for you without taking anything extra into account.

Requesting tax relief for health expenses requires a review to be carried out which includes your Health expenses. This will generate a P21 as it's outcome.

Under what section on the P21 would the health expenses be? Would it be panel 6 Reliefs?
