Managing a facebook for a business: pay?

I'm potentially about to negotiate with a business to start up and monitor/manage their facebook page for them as a nixer to my studies. Just dont know how much one would generally charge for setting up and then managing on an ongoing basis....anyone had a similar dilemma? Thanks.
