An Bord Pleanala- can I make an observation?

    Hi There,

    My neighbours have been refused planning permission on a number of grounds including overlooking and overbearing but they have appealed it (with the aid of Planning Consultants).

    Can I submit an observation to An Bord Pleanala (I already objected to their planning permission) in order to strengthen the case and ensure that the council's decision is not overturned?

    It is incredibly important to me that they do not receive planning

    You need the receipt of your observation from the council for the objection to be valid to the Board.
