I can only think of Easons or The Art and Hobby Shop. Not sure about buying in bulk.

It would depend on what you call bulk - most companies will offer bulk discounts or wholesale if approached but you'd want to be spending 250 plus per order and not just as a one off. If you just want 10 packs of something cheaply then Mr Price is probably your best bet.
