Sky q app cannot find sky q box

    Hi I have sky Q since Saturday, on Saturday I downloaded the sky q app and it connected to my sky box immediately. However since then it has not been able to connect again. Please help...

    I have restarted both silver and mini, reinstalled app numerous times but still will not connect. I have an iPad mini. I know it works as it connected on the first day.

    Appreciate any help. My broadband is with eir.
