Fixing electrical appliances

    Hi there,

    We have an electrical heater. It is broke because the wire is loose so waa going to buy one to replace it when I thought why bother and try and get it fixed.

    Problem is that I don't know who does that stuff. My father would easily have done it himself at my age but I can't.

    Any ideas?
