No recording, phone dials out engaged, multi room barely works and overcharged.

    As the title states I am having issues with recording not working (over a month and a half now) the home phone dials out all numbers as engaged and our multiroom upstairs works 3/10 times.

    I signed up for a €55 per month for 6 months deal however each month I've been charged over €60- also in September I was charged €88!! Yet we haven't even enjoyed service without problems since we changed provider. Such a rip off!!!


    My husband phoned when the recording stopped working but Eir wouldn't deal with him as the account is in my name. I was at work. my husband is a fan of formula one so isn't impressed at all that we can't record any more, it was one of the main reasons we moved from sky.

    So I logged a fault two weeks ago as well as asked to speak to someone online all of which have been ignored.

    I'd appreciate help on all the above.
