open fire/ back boiler therostat

hi, i have 2 therostats in the hotpress, one on the hotwater tank, the other beside the hot water pump, both go from 0 to 90, i have a open fire back boiler down stairs, what is the ideal setting for both therostats? to have good hot water and a good heat in the radiators when i have the fire lit? as my wee boy moved both…
