I need some help here... I get jobseekers allowance payment normally on a Tuesday but last Tuesday I didn't receive it. I get my payment on a Tuesday as well and got my payment last week.

Did you forget to sign on. It's written on the bottom of your receipt your next signing date. If you did you'll need to go in soon and sign and your payment will be there yet following Friday
