    Hi
I'm new to this forum and all help greatly accepted and will try help anyone I can too!

My problem is in my new Holland ts115 it won't start unless I pump the hand pump every morning.

I have replaced the fuel filter, gasket on the top Of The injector pump, o rings at the glass bowl, cleaned out the tank and put a non return valve on the fuel line and all!

Just wondering if anyone had any advice before I rip off the injector pump to get it reconditioned!

    Thanks in advance

If you know anyone with a system to pressurise the fuel system this will show up your leak..

fit a non return valve first. that will solve the problem for now. then you must figure out why the fuel is turning away from the injectors/pump

check the oil level. sometimes the seal at the back of the injector pump goes and leaks a bit of diesel into the crankcase causing the tractor to airlock

Had the same problem with our 4240 case and it turned out to be the injector pump needed to be reconditioned.
