Coping with asthma in the winter

Hi, I'm just wondering anyone has anything I can do about this. I'll be coughing non stop all winter with asthma and waking up struggling to breath, wheezing etc. Is there anything I can do to ease it off during the night?

Speak to your doctor about the medication you are on and it may need to be changed to reflect your current problems.
