Think I know the answer but wondering if anyone knows for sure.

Got carried away with myself (Grrr!) and booked my car in for NCT - before 90 days of due date. Oct 31. (Date due Feb 6th)
I know now that if it passed my cert would start Oct 31.
But my car failed on a visual (tyres) and needs a free inspection.

Will the date on the NCT disc be the 31st Oct or will it be 6th Feb?

    Thanks.

it'll go from they day you get the cert. so if you bring it in tomorrow youll get till feb 6th 2018 or 2019 depending on the year of the car

i wasnt sure about this either, thought it may run until oct 31 as you took it in 3 months early, interesting to see what the expiry date is when it passes.

Is this on an 07 car to get the last possible 2 year test?
