    does this engine require bleeding after draining the rad, then adding new water and coolant, thanks

    There is no bleed screws on vag cars, use a vacuum filler or fill it slowly and leave the car running with the filler cap and hot air on till the stat opens

    thanks op i had it running for 20 min this morning, the heated did not come on, it worked ok when i had driven four miles
