Hi i got a new tv and tuned in free to air stations

I am missing Film4 and Film4+1

I have these on tv in the bedroom coming from same satellite
anybody any ideas why they're missing and how i can get them?
I've retuned twice but still not coming in

enter them manually, kingofsat will give you all you need.

You must be missing Channel 4 standard def. (not HD) as well, then?

not sure.......i'm just trying to retune using 28.2

Astra 28.2 is the one to use
