No claims question, never heard of this

A bus tipped my wing, I had a dashcam so no problems with this, blame is 100% theirs.
I let my insurance know, just in case. They sent out my no claims notice with a 'incident' on it ( not a claim) with no money paid or claimed on my insurance. Never seen this before, either it is a claim or no claim.
Can this effect my insurance? I would think not.
Is this a new thing? i.e. Have you any claims or incidents?

    Typical enough id say.
Basically shows you were involved in accident with zero fault on your side.
As long as it's shown as settled, and no payout, you are grand.
