From the front end, There is a rubbing noise when I turn left, it's not constant more concentric.. could it be wheel bearings?

Does the noise vary with what speed your doing? If you are going over speed bumps when the car is going straight is there any noise?

Yea, it gets faster with speed. No other noises..it's never there when driving in a straight line.
