Are they fixing the insulation also?
Are you providing everything, ties, ready mix or mix themselves?

Have you got a builder or going self build?

The bricklayers are only supplying labour.I am supplying all material and scaffolding, plant etc.
The spec. on the walls are 100mm outer and inner leaf with 150mm cavity.
Actually one of the walls are 215mm inner leaf,150mm cavity and 100mm outer leaf. All the cavities
are full fill cavities with rigid insulation. The walls downstairs internally are 100mm solid blockwork.
The house is 2 storey at back and dormer at front.
Any ideas on cost per m squared for this spec.
    Thanks

No sorry. There is no average on this type of work as it's specific and would need to speak to a Brickie and view the drawings.
    How many bricks/blocks are there?
Day rate or job rate will adjust their speed and tidiness.

Only real way to get a price is to get at least 3 quotes and compare.
