Can't get out of menu on LG Smart TV. Help!

    We've recently moved, just setting up the smart tv here and have somehow become stuck in the Settings menu. Cannot for the life of us reach the X (top right of pic) to get back to Main Menu - any ideas or has anyone had the same problem before? We can watch regular tv but would like to access the apps for Netflix etc. Pressing the Home button just brings us back to this same menu whereas normally it should be the apps, tv and input list.
