CoolTvGuide Update nag screen

    Some of you may be getting a nag screen to update CoolTvGuide and a website address. Sadly it is reported that Coolman, the original author is no longer with us and the site is gone. However a patch has been made by Master G on the linux-Sat forum.
    Extract the file called "plugin.pyo" and copy it to

    /usr/lib/enigma2/python/Plugins/Extensions/CoolTVGuide

    As always don't attempt this unless you are sure of what you are doing and always make a backup first.


    AFAIK all it changes is the expiry date. Remember to reboot for this to take effect.
