Resigning and jobseeker's

I left my job due to intimidation from company owners following reporting some serious safety issues to my employer. I met with a solicitor before I resigned and based on their advice and the fact I could barely face going in every day I left. There was no disciplinary or anything like that and my employer didn't ask why I was leaving.

On legal advice I will most likely be pursuing my employer but in the meantime I'd like to apply for JSB. I know leaving the job technically of my own choice can mean I'm excluded - but if I tell DSP exactly why I left what parts of it will they verify with the company? I don't want to jeopardise my legal case down the line by giving the company any more ammunition/warning than I have to.

    Thanks in advance.

You could be OK, there is a form to be filled out to say you had to leave your job, I did it and got USB, so it is possible.
