So am looking to buy a Ladies Rolex for my OH for xmas, probably something like a datejust, i know she likes gold silver two tone and a diamond face.
I'm open to the idea of buying a vintage or a second hand in mint condition but am wary of getting caught with a fake.
What would be the most reputable places to buy a rolex online?
If buying new would i be better off buying in UK with sterling weak?
Would appreciate any advice from people here so I don't make a balls of it.
    Thanks!

Apparently there is a hefty price hike on the way in the immediate future from Rolex, so the savings from the UK might not be as good very shortly.

Check out chrono24.com, but bear in mind that it is not a store but a marketplace. So if you see something you like, research the seller thoroughly. There are some good 2nd hand shops in the UK who would post it, cant remember their names off the top of my head though. You should get a better deal than if you were looking for a gent's one

Price hike happened on 1st November in UK. Between 9-11% across the ranges.

    Chauffe, Marcel, chauffe!

A classic Giffen good. Up the price and sell more of them. Not many products around these days that can do that!
