Saving of €65 (€165 after 6/11) - https://www.eir.ie/bundles/ (Broadband, TV Essential bundle). It'd be nice if companies told you the full cost over the contract length instead of just the price per month.

    Groupon deal
    €14.99
    + (€25 x 6)
    + (€85 x 12)
    - €150
    €1,034.99

    eir Broadband, TV Essential
    (€30 x 6)
    + (€85 x 12)
    - €100*
    €1,100

I was willing to pay for sky and eirTV at the same time because eir was so bad!

When eir launched eir vision a few years ago. It was €10 a month. Didn't mind paying as it was so cheap. Went down about once or twice a month but that's what you get at a low price. The last 2 years they have been jacking up the price but service has stayed the same. Left and gone back to sky no regrets

Just keep on getting a deal off Sky and problem solved. No need to go near this rubbish.

I wouldn't use Eir if they paid me €14-99 per month

I had eir vision previously and like others above, went back to Sky in the end (I even paid the early cancellation fee to get out of the contract it was so bad). Box got very hot, would randomly decide it wasn't connected to the registered broadband (it was!) and the UI was terrible and unusable as a EPG/planner. The picture quality was poor as well.

Their unlimited fibre though is fine to be fair.. but it went up €5 recently to €50 a month as well for the "free" BT channels.

Eir Sports has just massively crashed before the Ireland v New Zealand match.

    Wouldn't touch them.

Wouldn't go near eir. As said above, if they paid me I wouldn't have them.

My Eir TV experience if anyone is interested. Barge and pole come to mind.

I left sky to get an eir package. 2 weeks later sky called m to offer me 6 months free. I jumped at it and was then willing to pay for both services until the eir contract ran out.
