What do you plan on using the machine for, and how much have you got to spend?

What you have there will perform well, but most of the components are a little OTT for a single GPU machine. The motherboard, RAM, CPU and GPU will all have better perf/€ options.

If you copy the questions in the first post from here, we should be able to help you out.

If you want to save money, then you've started at pretty much the highest end, so we can make a few changes quite easily.

Drop down the CPU to a 6600K. There isn't enough benefit to warrant the i7, unless you plan on heavy video rendering.
Drop the Graphics Card down to a GTX 1070. You have there a 1080p screen which runs at 144Hz. A 1070 will push that to the max on ultra settings for a good long time. The 1080 is more suited to 1440p and above.

Upgrade the monitor to include G-Sync. It's just great. Something like this. http://www.ebuyer.com/643579-aoc-g2460pg-24-led-g-sync-monitor-g2460pg?mkwid=s_dc&pcrid=51508043699&pkw=&pmt=&gclid=Cj0KEQjw4_DABRC1tuPSpqXjxZwBEiQAhMIp61zDSozTDXiR9na_6_YHoWsIvaPUCoWh_nytkTYpm0UaAkPo8P8HAQ

We generally suggest avoiding wireless for a desktop if at all possible. If you can't get a wire from the modem to the PC, then look into HomePlugs, with wireless as a last resort.

    ^All good advice.

Also, have a look into a better CPU cooler. The 212 is grand and will do the job, but you can do better. NH-D15 is the top-end for air at the moment (or the D15S, if you want something a little smaller), or you can look at an AIO watercooler. I'm not up to speed on those, but I think NZXT's Kraken line is supposed to be good.

It depends how many apps/games you've got, but I'd say go for a 500GB-class SSD as well. 250 fills up mighty fast once you put a couple of games on it.

Have a look at an ASRock board as well. They have all the features of the ASUS, Gigabyte, etc. boards, but don't carry the hefty brand-tax. The Extreme4 is only about £110.

NB: Expensive motherboards give you nothing over cheaper boards, in terms of quality, or overclocking ability. It's literally just down to the specs - How many SATA ports, USBs, M.2, etc. One of the biggest offenders for needless over-spending.

1Tb HDDs give you worse performance & cost more per GB than 2/3Tb models.

If it is professional video editing I would be looking at a 27" 1440p monitor as oppose to a 1080p monitor.

Also, ye double the capacity of both hard drives at least.
