Sky broadband extremely slow

Hey For over a week my broadband wasnt working. Its been fixed to a certain extent but now it's extremely slow. I was just wondering is there anything I can do to try and improve it? Before the issue it was perfect but it's terrible at the minute. Any suggestions welcome. Thanks!

Call them and get them to restore your profile. If they cant, its not fixed.

Mine was the same , never got resolved so switched to vodafone in the end.
