3d scanning and android development

    Hi all, its be recommended to me that I can get some good advice from here. I'm looking to build me first PC as my 10yr old laptop just cant keep up. I have 3 main requirements,

    1) I wish to start designing apps and currently studying some courses at the moment.

    3) thirdly my son want's his games to stop freezing on steam.

    I have a Sony monitorSDM-HS95P and would like to run two screens. I know the scanner says i7 chip but don't know what to compare it to to get the best price and the same for the games for graphics cards and the amount of RAM needed for app development. Obviously trying to spend as little as possible but somewhere around 700 euro is doable and hpwfully realistic.

    and this is all before what to put it in, power it up, cool it down and then add windows 10.
