    Where could I get a PS3 jail broken and set up to play old Sega and snes games in Dublin. Will pay for service obviously. Thanks

    Get a cheap PC/laptop.

    Much easier & more powerful for emulation, by far (PS3 emulation is already working for some games).

    You could set up Megadrive / Snes emulation right now on the PC your on and be playing Mario, Sonic within 10 mins no problem.
    It's super easy.
