I've always used Barrowvale Vet Clinic on the Fenagh Road. They have two vets who deal with the small animals, very nice and considerate, especially when I had my dog put to sleep last year. They can be a bit expensive for some items, but there is another practice in Royal Oak, though I never used it myself.
