Where to get good cheese in Limerick

I usually head into the market on Sat morning for my cheese from the Flying Cheese Brigade. Love their dutch emmental and also the liver pâté they do.

Does anyone know of any farm shops or places in town that do this type of artisan cheese. I know it costs a bit more but its so much better than the stuff off the shelves of supermarkets.

There's another cheese stall in the corner of the milk market close to the toilets. Some of their cheese is amazing
