I've opted to take over the Secret Santa this year in the absence of Hobbit (Atavan).

Comment below if you're interested in joining in, the budget is around €15/20, hand made gifts are welcome.
I'll preform the magic spell handed down to me by Atavan to pick everyone's giftee and then PM you.
Depending on the replies I'll PM everyone on the 11th of November or hold off to the 18th if there isn't much of a response.

If you can't attend the beers (watch the beers thread for the date) please send on your address as well so I can forward it to your SS.

It might be an idea to prepare some ideas for your SS to make life easier. You can put this in your reply or PM me, it's all good.
Hopefully I didn't forget anything there, if I did please tell me.

Could be a bad idea but I'll just put it out there, these boxes on Ashens sometimes, it's like Loot Crate but 80/90s toys or games http://www.the-toy-box.biz/WhatsInside.php

The 90s one is nearly €25 posted, it's over budget but I guess if you bought something for 20 and posted it on, it might end up the same?
The 80s box is €27 so PM or DPD might work better, to the UK it's £19.99.
If we get a lot of "sure anything is grand" it might help or if you're quite busy you could send it on directly to the giftee and it'd save time.
Even if it's not good for SS, it might be an idea for your own friends / family.

Just an idea, it won't suit everyone, there could be more joining that it might.
Or someone might say they like it and the SS could have some toys they don't want and make their own or see them cheap second hand. Depends.

I'm going to pick them out this evening. I had wanted to start Friday evening but we'd 2 deaths in the family over the last 2 days.

I know some people have posted already, some were exchanged at the beers and some are ready to go. Thank you!

For anyone that hasn't said anything, I'm gonna PM on the 16th any see how things are going and hopefully over that weekend get it ready. The An Post deadline for posting is December 21st for Standard Post Letters & Parcels in Ireland, it's just under 2 weeks.
