Hi Could someone advise of professional fees for solictor for buying a house In Mayo/Sligo /Galway area. I am aware of additional cost like stamp duty

They can vary but the professional fee should be between €1200-€2000+VAT and then your stamp duty, legal searches and first registration fee with the Land Registry on top (if it hasnt been registered before) which is a hefty €700
