Adding a name to my Bill

    Hi,

    I would like to add my wifes name to my bill. 

    What is the easiest and quickest way of doing so?

    Hi ION08,

    Thank you for getting in touch.

    This requires contact from both of you. If you send us a private message confirming the Electric Ireland account number in question, stating that you are the account-holder and how your name appears on the account, your address and date of birth, we can put a note on your account saying you wish to add your wife's name to it.

    Then if your wife contacts us via any channel, confirming she is happy to have her name added (and confirming all of the above account details), this will complete the process.

    We are here on Boards and our other Social Media channels (Facebook and Twitter) until 6pm.
