Aired on RTE2 last night, covering the apparent issues of consent and rape culture in Ireland.

It wove some interesting theories together concerning the sudden jump from chastity to promiscuity in the 90s, and the scene in the courtroom was particularly harrowing.

Interesting overall. Some eye-opening moments. Anyone else tune in?

Some interesting points raised can't imagine what it would be like for a rape victim to be giving evidence going over everything no wonder so many don't make it to court.

There is a certain austerity to it, visually. Plus, there's the leniency factor, such as with Magnus Husveit. Receiving a suspended sentence, only for the court to magnanimously change its mind and give him... a mere 15 months. For raping a woman while she slept.

Felt sorry for the victim. She spoke with great eloquence despite the tears in her throat.
