Skype won't connect all of a sudden

    Hello all
    Hope someone knows a fix for this as Skype help is of no help whatsoever.
    Came into work yesterday after the bank holiday to find that when I try to sign into Skype I get a message on the screen with a crying face that says
    "Sorry,we couldn't connect to Skype. Please check internet connection and try again" ..and a blue "Retry" button underneath.Internet working perfect.
    For most of yesterday I was trying all the fixes suggested on the web and the Skype community like clearing out temp internet files, going to Tools on browser,advanced and scrolling right to the bottom and insuring TLS box was checked but this morning still no joy. :mad:
    Anyone come across this and know a fix please? Oh,I even tried using an older version of Skype but again,no help See screen shot
