Whats the story with receiving phone books these days. Are they still being supplied and if so is it to Eir phone customers only or can people with another phone provider get one? Cheers

Whats the story with receiving phone books these days. Are they still being supplied and if so is it to Eir phone customers only or can people with another phone provider get one?
