Could someone recommend me a good and budget amplifier (something under 100 euro if possible) for Wharfedale Diamond 9.0 speakers please:

I doubt you'll get anything new and good for under 100 quid. If you consider second hand then there's lots of choice on adverts.ie.

Just because something is new in a box doesn't mean it's better than second hand

There are some critically reviewed components available from the past at very keen prices that wipe the floor with current tech. Of course it's down to the facilities you desire and not always quality.
