Workplace relations commission mediation/arbitration: successful reform?

    Hi,

    I'm curious to know what people think of the WRC to date.

    Do you think that the mediation and arbitration role of the WRC is an improvement on the past system for dealings of this kind? What was the procedure before the WRC was introduced?

    Just trying to gauge the success / failure of the reformed model.
