New CD player Marantz CD-48

Hi,

Looking to replace a Marantz CD-48 (bought when you had the shop in Dublin).
Finally given up after many years of service.

Looking at either the:


MARANTZ CD5005 Black CD

YAMAHA CDS300 CDS300 Black

Any recommendation or alternatives?

Hi Mickb.

Ah.. The good old CD-48, very popular in its day and a solid machine.

Either the CD5005 or the CDS300 would be a very good replacement. 
 
The CD5005 is currently priced at £169.00
