Mortgage advice needed

    Hi

I work in Northern Ireland but reside in the South. I want to buy a property in the South but wondering can I get a mortgage.

I get paid in sterling but I then transfer all my money straight away into euros into my southern bank account every month and have been doing so for the last 3 years.

I understand the new rules the EU introduced in relation to foreign currency mortgages.

Does anyone have any experience of this or are there any mortgage brokers out there who knows if any banks will lend to me?

    Thanks
