Hi all,

I have been living in Limerick city for over a year now but haven't been hanging out much in that area. Now I am looking to buy my home, and I have found a couple of houses/apartments that could be interesting in that area.

I know that as of a couple years ago, this area was a bit dodgy. How is it now at day-time/night-time?
Anyone living there have any advise?

I pass through it most days, some of the houses are extremely well kept, others not so much, so there must be some good people living there. I never see any trouble but I would imagine it would have some undesirables about much like anywhere really.
