    Edit: Also to save people some time: the 4 beds are going for over 600k and 3 beds over 450k.

    It's a nice area, but it can be a fairly long walk to the village/train station, depending on how far into the estate you are.

    Lots of families, and young kids around. I know a few people who live there and they all love it. They seem to get on well with neighbors.
