Hi I'm interviewing for Christmas position in dunnes, and I know I need to let welfare know I'd be working (if I was) I obviously don't want to have it taken all together because it's only temporary. So what I'm wondering is can I start the job and then send off the letter from doctor etc?

You can start work and send off the letter from yourself saying where and from when you will be working. Include a letter from your GP and you can send then a payslip wen you get one

Working while on da has to be rehabilitative, will your doctor agree that working in Dunne's is that?

That depends on her. If she wont write the letter, I won't continue working. :)

You need the letter before you start work as far as I know.
Edit to add I mean you need to have the letter before you start work even if you send it off a day or two after. Don't start a job and then discover your doctor won't write the letter and your DA is in jeopardy.

I only have interview tuesday so I'll ring doctor in morning and ask! If she says no, I won't start
